Villa Toucan, with a private pool, is located within walking distance (500 meters) of the lively beaches, restaurants, supermarket, and gym at Jan Thiel Beach. The location is ideal—a quiet cul-de-sac in the popular Vista Royal - Jan Thiel neighborhood. The entire villa can accommodate up to 8 adults. One extra rollaway bed and one extra crib are available upon request. The villa is all on one level. French doors lead out to the spacious porch, where you can enjoy the outdoors in the beautiful tropical garden. From the porch, you have an unobstructed view; there’s a large table here for enjoying breakfast or dinner, as well as a beautiful Green Egg BBQ. Or relax on the comfortable lounge set. Take a refreshing dip in your own private pool and enjoy relaxing moments in the sun on the comfortable lounge chairs. Behind the pool is a palapa where you can relax in the shade. The house features a total of 4 luxuriously furnished bedrooms. The first bedroom comes complete with a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom. Adjacent to this room is the second bedroom, with French doors opening onto the terrace and its own walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom. Through the hallway behind the kitchen, you’ll find two more bedrooms, both with access to a shared bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. From both bedrooms, you have a view of your own pool. The French doors seamlessly connect the interior with the exterior. Upon entering, you’ll find the spacious living room with an open kitchen featuring a bar, perfect for social gatherings and relaxing moments with family and friends. The kitchen is equipped with various appliances, including a dishwasher, a refrigerator with freezer, and a 5-burner gas stove with a built-in oven. The villa is accessible via the electric gate and the pedestrian gate. Behind the electric gate, on the private property, there is space to park two cars
