About this villa rental
This 2 Br villa is located at West Hyde Park in Kingston Resort. It's on the 2nd floor with 1 flight of stairs. It has all new kitchen appliances and new Washer/Dryer. The main bedroom has a King bed and a Twin bed. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and twin bunk beds. There is a sofa pull out in the living room. The Villa has a beautiful living / dining area and a fully stocked kitchen. It features free parking and free high speed Wifi (400 Mbps).
Embassy Suite's pools and SPLASH PARK Not Included (Embassy does not sell pool passes) Any and all outdoor pools are open April through September, they are NOT HEATED.
Weekly and monthly discounts available. $500 security deposit held.
Kingston Resort is a 145 acre community on the beach. The gated entrance provides 24/7 safety and security in this family friendly environment. The community has a number of walking and biking trails around a series of small lakes and ponds and the ocean. West Hyde Park is a subdivision within Kingston Resort. It provides a resort living with beautiful landscaping, multiple swimming pools, and a winding sidewalks with a 10-15 minute walk to the beach.

The condo was beautiful along with the surrounding grounds. Convenient to beach. Nice pool. Very clean and well kept. Would definitely recommend to others.

Love sitting on the deck watching the squirrels, birds, and ducks while sipping coffee. Very quiet and relaxing with the sun on your face. Short walk to the beach. Has the feel of the beach and country wrapped in one. Condo is very comfortable and clean. Great home away from home
