Ladera at Sienna Hills is the perfect place to re-energize while you explore the amazing terrain of Southern Utah. Local hiking and biking trails are located just outside the community! The Ladera community is only minutes away from I-15 making restaurants, shopping, and other amenities just a short drive away!
PARKING: This house has a private garage. There is also additional guest parking next to the house (up to 15 slots). Bringing a trailer? There are a few oversized parking spots on the North end of the neighborhood. These are on a first come, first serve basis. You can also leave your boat at the Sand Hollow Marina lot (call Sand Hollow Lake for exact options)

The property is in a great central location -- 50 minutes to Zion, 20 minutes to Snow Canyon, 10 minutes to St. George. The house itself is located right next to the pool which is great for going back and forth with little ones. The house has tons of space and almosy everything we needed,
