About this cottage rental
South Dease Lake is waiting for you at our fully renovated Lakefront Guest Cottage with 2-bedrooms. The living room with large windows has an awesome view of the sandy beach, lake and dock that are just a few steps off the deck. A 21 Foot Pontoon is available (Liability waiver is required to be signed to use Pontoon) or you can bring your own boat. The private Boat Launch is conveniently located nearby and there is Trailer Parking available on the property. The deck has an outdoor table and chairs, swing and gas grill. The living room has a sofabed for additional sleeping. Guests can enjoy the convenience of 2 full bathrooms with a private primary bathroom. All appliances are new, fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave as well as new front load washer and dryer. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds, ensuring a pleasant night's sleep. We purchased this little place next door and fully updated it just a few years ago, and we use it for family/friends overflow. We look forward to hosting you at our guest cottage on beautiful, quiet, private all sports South Dease Lake in Hale. Beautiful lakefront property. We enjoyed the pontoon boat, kayaks, fishing, and swimming. Explored the area, Ausable River and East Tawas. Pizza from Mikeys and breakfast at Big Bob's also get a 5 star. Ken was quick to respond to questions and provide us with anything needed to make our stay most enjoyable, Thank you!

Staying here was heavenly…Ken was so welcoming and gracious. The house was totally comfortable, super clean, beautifully decorated, and offered every amenity and thoughtful detail. This peaceful, quiet small lake is a perfect place for quiet relaxation, a little slice of heaven! Thank you, Ken!

This was a perfect place to stay for our annual family reunion trip! Cute, well stocked, clean and spacious. Beautifully outdoor space right on the lake! Hoping to return next year!
