Apartments by the sea Vinjerac, Zadar - 14640

This vacation was a “last minute” for us and the reservation was chosen of our friend (so we didn’t read the rating in advance (next time I do it for sure). I write the positives and negatives from our site. I must say, that the lady was very kind and accepted our arrival late in the night (our journey took more than 12 hours – we left our home late because my partners job). The owner sister was very kind. The place was nice and clean, close to the see. This everything was perfect.

That the air-condition is only in 1 room and the ventilator in the second room is not sufficient – for us the rooms under the roofs were too hot. This apartment is unacceptable for families with really small children and people with walking problems due too much stairs (this is also not in the info text). No light on the terrace for the evening (you sit there only with cell lights), the owner is from our side not su much customer oriented, unfortunately she dont understand english - only her niece (but she was very nice), but in case there was a problem from owner site, the comunicaton was little bit a problem. You share the house and garden during your stay with the lady (I try to understand, its her home), but alot of people have and extra entry and extra space - than they dont have a problem with nothing (for ex. if your kids put some shells close to the entrance or where you have your watter belongings). Good experience for us. Anyway we wish the lady all the best and alot of satisfied clients.
