We’ve put a lot of effort into making this a lovely space to be enjoyed by our guests.
Primary Renter: Must be 25 or older.
Cleanliness: Maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay to make check-out easier.
Accidental Damage: In case of any accidental damage, we’ll assess the issue internally to decide if and how much the deduction or repair cost will be.
Noise and Parties: Enjoy your vacation with lots of laughter and fun, but no parties, events, performing artists, DJs, or bands are allowed at any time. Keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM and be respectful of the neighbors at all times.
Occupancy: Do not exceed the maximum occupancy for the house (6) at any time.
Smoking/Vaping: No smoking or vaping. Evidence of smoking/vaping will incur a $500 additional cleaning charge.
Pets: Pets are NOT allowed. Evidence of a pet will incur a $500 additional cleaning charge.
Service: Please note this is a short-term vacation rental, and as such, daily cleaning or laundry services are not included. If you would like to arrange additional cleaning services, please feel free to contact management.
Violation of these rules may result in eviction without refund and could impact our ability to host future guests, potentially exposing you to liability.

We loved our stay at this cute, cottage-style home right across the street from the beach. The location was perfect for a quick weekend getaway—beach access was just steps away, and we were within walking distance of several great restaurants. The home had everything we needed and was surprisingly spacious for our family of four, with room to spare. Almost every room offered beautiful ocean views, which made our stay even more relaxing. The outdoor shower was a great touch after sandy beach days. We’d definitely stay here again!
