MOLIETS, beautiful villa that can accommodate 8 people, with all amenities at hand and the beach "Les Chênes Lièges" at 3.5 km. Between beach, golf, forest and bike path, its location is ideal to enjoy your holidays in the Landes.
It consists of a large living room with lounge area with sofa and TV. Equipped open kitchen (induction hob, fridge, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker...). 4 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with queen size bed and its adjoining bathroom (shower, WC and double sink) and 3 bedrooms with 1 double be. 1 bathroom with shower and double sink; 1 storeroom with washing machine; 1 separate toilet.
Terrace with garden furniture, summer kitchen and bar area, barbecue. Outdoor shower. Enclosed garden. Sheets and towels provided. Pets allowed. A contribution to charges of €50 per week will be requested between MID-OCTOBER et MID-MAY included. END OF STAY CLEANING IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE (extra 150€).
