Enjoy your drinks on the private 7th-floor balcony where the skyline offers both sunrise and sunset cloudscapes! You’ll be in the heart of Myrtle Beach, minutes from world-class golf courses, the Convention Center, Broadway at the Beach, and walking distance to the 21st Avenue restaurants just around the corner.
This Myrtle Beach condo boasts 1 inviting bedroom with two queen beds. The living room features a convenient murphy bed for extra guests. Enjoy the soothing atmosphere of this property, complete with essential amenities like WiFi, AC, and a hair dryer. Make your holiday one for the books with a stay at our place!

The Space
This condo features the living room on the ocean side of the building. If you sleep in the murphy bed, you can wake up to views of the ocean!
Unlike some units, our condo features interior doors on both sides of the galley-style kitchen, which allow privacy in the bedroom and/or living room while maintaining access to the kitchen and bathroom for other guests.

-Flat screen smart TV in living room. Flat screen cable tv in bedroom.
-Free high-speed wi-fi
-Full-sized kitchen stocked with the essentials

You will have direct access to the condo with NO FRONT DESK CHECK-IN! You will also have access to:
-The entire condo
-Indoor HEATED pool
-Outdoor pool and a kiddie pool
-Indoor and outdoor hot tubs
-Outdoor lazy river
-Beachfront lawn with tables, umbrellas, and lounge chairs amongst the palm trees
-Free parking in front of the building (limited spaces) or diagonally across the road in the parking garage. ---Parking passes will be in your room upon arrival.
-Free access to ice machines
The owner lives onsite in another unit, for part of the year. The property manager has several units in the building and lives close by. We are available if needed.
Other Things to Note:
-The Boardwalk is a NON-SMOKING resort (including vaping). Smoking is prohibited in the condo, on balconies, and in common spaces.
-This condo is rented through an off-site property manager. The guest services building across the street is not available for guests of this unit.
-Before your arrival, the condo will be professionally cleaned and stocked with towels, linens, soaps, shampoos, etc. Mid-stay housekeeping may be provided (for a fee) depending on the availability of the cleaner.
-Travel insurance is recommended. We will not be held responsible for things out of our control, such as the availability of resort amenities, the weather, changes to your travel plans, illness, temporary utility outage, etc. If you do not purchase travel insurance, you will be subject to our cancelation policy should you decide to leave early, arrive late, or cancel your stay.
-The laundry room in located in the building next door on the ground floor.
-Pest control sprays inside the units on the first Tuesday of the following months: January, March, May, July, September, November. If you are staying during that time, it's mandatory to allow them in.
-You may find the couch and/or some other upgraded furnishings upon arrival. we are working on some improvements, and the photos will be updated once all are complete. You won't be disappointed!
-Suggestions on what to bring: Beach towels, sunblock, sunglasses, beach chairs, blue tooth speaker, travel games for rainy days, a good book, your favorite k-cups, and your streaming passwords.

Everything was really good. The only thing that could be changed is that it would be nice to have a restroom in the pool area. Every time we needed to go to the restroom, we had to go to the room.
