About this cabin rental
Our cozy modern cabin provides the ultimate private escape in Vermont’s Green Mountain National Forest with breathtaking mountain views and easy access to outdoor adventures. Hiking, downhill & XC skiing, snowshoeing, biking, snowmobiling, swimming, fishing, & golfing are just minutes away.
Perfect for remote work with 2 desks and fast WiFi. The open-concept living area includes a fully stocked kitchen, 2 bedrooms, loft, & deck with stunning views & starry skies. Families and dogs are welcome.
The house is a bright, private getaway in the mountains with comfort and convenience in mind. We can sleep up to 4 people in 2 bedrooms on the first floor (1 queen, 1 full, both with blackout curtains). The open sleeping loft overlooks the living space and can accommodate 2 older children (ages 6 and older). The loft has a lower ceiling which may be awkward for taller guests. There is a full bathroom on the first floor.
We offer 2 large desks designed for working remotely and have provided a printer for your convenience. The bright open living room features views, a 65 inch smart television and Roku, Harman Kardon bluetooth speaker, board games, and a wood burning stove and plenty of firewood for curling up on the couch or chairs on cozy winter days. We also have a heat pump (including a/c) for additional warmth in the winter and for cooling down in the summer.
Our kitchen is well stocked with all of the equipment you need to cook or bake and we have a Keurig coffee/latte/cappuccino maker, a moka pot stove-top espresso maker, and french press for your coffee needs. There’s a dining table to seat 6 inside, or have your meal on the tables on our large deck overlooking Brandon Gap. We have a big mudroom where you can hang your outdoor equipment and coats, and leave your shoes. Our firepit offers the best mountain views on the whole property.
This is a whole house rental, so the house and 17+ acre property are yours to use during your stay. We border the Moosalamoo Recreation Area in the Green Mountain National Forest, so it is quiet and great for exploration with dark skies and no light pollution at night.
