VILLA PETITS OLIVIERS

From the villa you have a direct view of the large swimming pool and the vineyards. The various spacious covered terraces and the veranda guarantee you a pleasant place at any time of the day to make your meals, relax, read a good book or have pleasant conversations about all the beauty that this beautiful area has to offer. In the village there are some small shops (bakery, post office, tobacconist, restaurants and bar). A 5 minute drive away is a larger village (Saint-Marcel-sur-Aude) with supermarkets and other shops. The beach is relatively close and there are many attractions in the surrounding area.

The spacious and nicely furnished living and dining room with air conditioning. They open onto the terrace and veranda through floor-to-ceiling windows where you can enjoy a delicious French breakfast in the morning. There are three bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed of 140×190 as well as a shower and toilet. From this bedroom you can access, through patio doors, the spacious terrace that is at the front of the villa. The second bedroom has a double bed of 140×190 and the third bedroom has a 2 x 1 bed of 90×200. The spacious bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and double sink. There is a guest toilet in the hall.
