Villetta Donzella di Mare is a lovely vacation home a stone`s throw from the sea, in a naturalistic area, along the coast of Casalabate, on the Adriatic Sea.
The cottage has a large outdoor area equipped with barbecue, outdoor shower and parking space. There are accessories such as air conditioning, wi-fi internet, washing machine, hair dryer, mosquito nets, electric oven, coffee maker.
The vacation home offers up to 6 beds. Pets are allowed.

Villetta Donzella di Mare is a perfect solution for those who want vacations under the banner of tranquility and peace. It is located in a seaside area between Casalabate, a marina of Squinzano north of Lecce, and Lendinuso, a seaside resort in the province of Brindisi.
The beachfront cottage allows you to reach in a few steps on the beach the lidos equipped with bars, umbrellas and deck chairs for those who love comfort.
The seafront of Casalabate, with all the main services and a lively evening life, is less than 3 km away.
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Check-in details: WELCOME POINT in Via Silvio Pellico 23 - Lecce (at the agency Lupiae Vacanze).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 27 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
