**Due to construction, half of the balcony view is currently blocked by scaffolding. Guests can use the balcony but should expect some of the view to be obstructed. Guests should also expect noise due to the construction. Nightly rates have been lowered due to the inconvenience.**

Great condo right on the beach. The beach is nice and wide low or high tide. The bedrooms are down the hall from each other for good privacy. The deck is lovely to sit out on. Been to this condo twice and we will likely return again.

Nice location. Easy access to beach although there was still construction happening on the building. This made for noisy early mornings. Also one of the 2 bedrooms was not clean. Dirty mattress cover, carpet and “funny” smell in the bathroom (possibly from previous renters with small children that were not potty trained). I recommend a deep clean. So bring sheets and a mattress cover. Overall, however, property is well kept.

Bringing our own bedding was a pain but explained in the description. However, while one fan/light remote was out of batteries, no shampoo, no bar soap or liquid soap for shower, no coffee, no hairdryer, and no toiletries at other than tp and hand soap along with slightly annoying construction made it made it a less than very pleasurable stay. Great view and lots of potential, though. Oh well.
