About this villa rental
Spacious detached 3 bedroom villa, ideal for a couples or family holiday. Master bedroom with double bed, and patio doors leading out onto the terrace / pool area. Ensuite bathroom, large bath with shower over, his & her basins. Bedroom 2 is a twin bedroom with 2 single beds & has a large flat screen TV & Xbox. Bedroom 3 is also a twin bedroom with 2 single beds. There is a family sized bathroom with a large walkin shower. Lovely bright open plan living room with huge comfy corner sofa, large flatscreen TV ( with lots of UK channels, movies & sports ), & DVD player. There is a dining area with seating for 6. The living room has 2 sets of patio doors leading to the garden / terraces & pool. Fully equipped kitchen ( newly fitted (2025). Private garden, pergola covered patio, with comfortable seating area, outdoor dining area with canopy & a Canarian style BBQ. Own swimming pool with roman steps & hand rail. There is a solar cover (can be electric heated in the winter months - cost 50 Euros per week). Air-conditioning in all bedrooms & living room (extra charge 125 Euros per week). Outside has terracing & artificial grassed area with 3 hole putting green, and established planting. Roof terrace for sun worshippers, and fabulous views.

We have had a fabulous 4 week stay in this lovely villa. It is huge , so much bigger than how it looks in the photos, the photos do not do it justice, Steve and Sian , are perfect hosts , really genuinely friendly. The villa has everything you need,and the host keep it spotless. I would highly recommend a stay .

What a wonderful villa! We had the perfect Christmas break. The villa was lovely and clean and we were welcomed by Steve at the property. Had everything we needed and the heated pool was a treat in December!

Excellent property, just as the photos. Very spacious and comfortable. Some nice touches like water, juice, milk, wine & ice on arrival.Pool is lovely, def worth paying for it to be heated if you go in winter.Highly recommended, would stay again for sure

Disappointed that the pool guy just lets himself in to clean the pool without letting us know. Disappointed that there wasn't enough hot water for a bath . Disappointed that that jacuzzi bath doesn't work. Did not like the cameras in the hall way and living room - felt like we were being spied on. Did not like the notes on everything, was not very relaxing. Very close to other properties - so you are overlooked when they go on their roofs and are noisy . . This property would suit a family that doesn't care about adjacent properties. Check in was very rapid - but didn't feel friendly. Did like the cleanliness which is needed as there was an ant problem ( normal for this area )
