Quietly located on the ground floor of a three-story building Riva’s Garden Home enjoys views of the foothills and direct access to a pretty private garden that’s perfect for enjoying the sunny Italian weather. There’s also a terrace that provides an alfresco extension to the main living space and the ideal place for enjoying family meals
Inside the property features a comfortable open plan living space furnished with a double sofa bed, a dining table and a flat screen HDTV. This area also incorporates a modern kitchen fitted with a; Mokka coffee machine, an induction hob, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a fridge freezer.

The towns’ local beach and historic centre, with quaint boutiques and artisanal shops, are both a 10-minute stroll away. Here, travellers can also visit historic landmarks including; the Apponale Tower (a 10-minute walk) and the medieval Rocca di Riva castle. Adventurers can take the 2-hour Monte Brione trail through the olive groves, explore lake side cycle routes or enjoy paddle boarding opportunities, swimming, and boating on the lake.
Away from the water, the Nago-Torbole hiking trail and the Bussate-Tempesta Adventure Park are both approximately an 8-minute drive from the accommodation. For rock climbers, the renowned climbing capital of Italy, Arco and its medieval castle are a 15-minute drive. Further afield guests can take a trip to Verona, the setting of Shakespeare\'s Romeo & Juliet (a 1 hour 30-minute drive) or visit Trento (a 45-minute drive) the home of Trentodoc, one of the best sparkling wines in Italy.
