Spacious beach house is perfect for families, with 3 bedrooms plus a bonus room with a queen bed, a living room and a den with a queen sofa. Enjoy the game room with more sitting area, TV, ping pong, cornhold, dartboard, indoor basketball and a poker table.
Enjoy the above ground pool and great outdoor space with a fire pit and dining table and outdoor shower. The home also offers an elevator/lift from the ground floor to the main floor for easy access . Just 3 blocks from the beach.

Bedroom 1: King bed plus twin bed and full bathroom with shower.
Bedroom 2: King bed with bunk bed.
Bedroom 3: Queen bed
Full bathroom with shower.
Main Floor:
Bonus room with a queen bed.
Spacious living room and separate den with queen sofa bed.
Fully equipped large modern kitchen with dining area.
Laundry facility and half bath.
Outdoor Features:
Above-ground pool. Swim at your own risk and children must never be left unattended.
Upper and lower decks for relaxing and enjoying the view.
Outdoor shower, fire pit and dining area with grill plus Black Stone griddle.
Game Room (Garage Converted):
Living room area with large screen TV. Plenty of entertainment. Keep garage door closed but open large access door from the fenced in back yard and keep your children safe from street.
