About this house rental
NEW TO VRBO! Managed by SUPERHOST. Our 4 Bedroom, 2.5 bath home is newly renovated and dog friendly with a fully fenced in back yard. We are in the sought after Forest Valley neighborhood off of Bryan Blvd. We are a short drive to Cone Health as well as UNCG and the PTI airport. We have all new beds and linens. Our home is in a very quiet neighborhood and is perfect for families. We are close to many different restaurants including Village Tavern and LongHorn Steakhouse. We are also close to Sprouts on Battleground.
Our home is all one level with plenty of space to make yourself right at home.
Walk into the front door and you are in the spacious formal living room.
You can go to the right and walk through our formal dining room into our full kitchen. From the kitchen, you can access the 2nd living room as well as the laundry room, back patio and half bath.
From the 2nd living room, you have access to the hallway that leads to all 4 bedrooms.
Guests will have access to entire home. We have a coded door lock that you will get a unique code to access.
Forest Valley is easily one of the most sought after and desirable neighborhoods in all of Greensboro. Tall trees and walkable streets. This neighborhood stands out as an amazingly beautiful home that is extremely safe and quiet.
*Please note* Although we have a relaxed cancellation policy, we still incur the 4% cc fee. Your refund will be in full, minus the 4% cc fee.

There were few minor issues, they have only one TV and two living rooms so it would’ve been nice to have two TVs.The oven only works on broil when they have features of air fryer and bake, but it doesn’t work on those features.The ice machine on the refrigerator only gives you one cup of ice so with four adults we couldn’t get ice. I had to buy ice trays.Saw a few water bugs 4-5, crawling around had to kill them, thank God the house had bug spray. Scared the daylights out of my niece one was crawling up the kitchen chair. On the good side, it was a very quiet safe neighborhood. The beds were comfortable, the place was extremely clean, which was good. And it was very roomy. The entire neighborhood list power for 2 hours, thank God because the house has so many windows. I opened the windows with the screens down and then I was able to get enough air to survive having no power for two hours.The host also left plenty of hair, shampoo soap in each bathrooms, the kitchen is well designed and our overall state was good despite the few glitches listed above. I still give it a five star.

BEAUTIFUL home. Very spacious. Would recommend to any and everyone! IF I had to say one thing that was odd, it's two living rooms and only 1 TV. Other than that we LOVED it
