The Griffith House is a 2BR/2BA condo with a chic, tastefully done remodel, sleeping 6 — just 0.1 mile from the Leavenworth Adventure Park and 1 mile from downtown, with a short drive to the recreation along Icicle Creek. A stylish, low-maintenance home base for a couple, a small family, or a group of friends exploring the area.
The renovation is thoughtfully done throughout, with every detail considered from the living area to the coffee bar. Curl up by the electric fireplace with a book, craft the perfect cup in the morning, and step onto the private balcony for coffee at sunrise or a glass of wine in the evening.
Sleeping arrangements for up to 6:
Primary bedroom — queen bed
Second bedroom — full bed
Living room — queen sofa bed
The condo has two full bathrooms, a full-size washer and dryer, and a drawer-style microwave. Traveling with little ones? A pack-and-play travel crib and booster seat are provided, along with books, puzzles, and games for downtime. For those bringing gear, a lockable closet gives you a secure place to stow skis, bikes, or hiking equipment between adventures.

Cute condo! We loved that it was so close to town as we had our 2 month old and a toddler. The condo was clean and the property manager was very prompt to respond and give us access when we arrived. The only thing I’d recommend would be to communicate through the app as a mom with kids sometimes a quick message is easier to avoid two crying kids in the background but that’s just my personal preference. Overall, I would recommend this cute place and I see us staying there again in the future.
