Appartamento ampio e confortevole. Ben arredato e posizione centrale comodo per visitare la zona. Molto silenzioso e Simone molto gentile!

L’appartamento è ampio e fruibile, e dotato di aria condizionata. La lavatrice è disponibile. E la cucina è attrezzata. Simone il property manager è simpatico e disponibile e fornisce un sacco di informazioni sui posti da visitare oltre che le cialde Illy per il caffè. La strada offre possibilità di posteggio gratuito e non è trafficata.
L’appartamento purtroppo è in un condominio che può risultare rumoroso la notte, ma questo dipende dai vicini e non dalla struttura ; inoltre non è vicino alle spiagge e bisogna muoversi in auto bici o altri mezzi. Il centro di Orbetello dista 1,2km per cui ci si mette un po’ a piedi. Non c’è il Microonde.
