Zéfiro Ericeira

The layout was excellent. The facilities were fantastic. It was very well equipped with no shortage of crockery cutlery or glassware. The barbecue was very good and charcoal was provided plus firefighters and all utensils! Pool was lovely too! Plenty of pool towels also available and a very thoughtful welcome pack! The host, Dina was excellent and kept us informed prior to the start of the occupancy and great meet and greet on arrival, and check out. She also took the time to send us links for places to visit, and a great selection of restaurants! A very convenient location for Ericeira and Mafra! Very easy journey from Lisbon airport. It was a very relaxing stay in a great villa! The children’s kitchen and toys were a real bonus and well used by our granddaughter!

Nothing not to like. Would definitely book again

Cleanliness of the villa Kindness of the host Good location of the villa from various points of interest

Ideally more sundeck

Dina is a very warm and welcoming host who gave us a wonderful welcome and provided us with lots of recommendations for Lisbon, Ericeira, and Mafra. The house is very tastefully decorated and has all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. The neighborhood is quiet. All nearby destinations are easily accessible by car.

The house is very nice and was very clean, everything was spot on!

The host was invasive and the lack of privacy. Accused me of not complying with a clause in the contract that was never there! Does not allow visitors but on the contract says “No group restrictions”. Accused me of having a party, when I was just having dinner with family members. Neighbours called the host saying we were making a lot of noise (bare in mind we were using the speakers left in the house by the host to be used) at 7pm!!!! There was a wedding going on next to the house but the neighbours blamed us and the host called us to complain about this at 7pm (quite time is between 07am until 11pm)!!! We paid everything via the website and yet had to pay 200€ deposit and Taxa municipal (no receipt or proof if this “taxa municipal”. This is not clear when you making the reservation, only after you pay that they let you know.
