Catastrophy! Very Bad!
Nothing!
Very dirrty, everywhere dust, the fridge was Not switched on, mould in the bath, hairs in the bed...catastrophy. WE are shocked, how could this place is in booking!! The owner wrote us at the end that we have to wash the sheets as well...are you kidding us? Never again! Don't book!

Malheureusement le logement n’était pas tres propre et l’odeur de la prise murale beaucoup trop envahissante impossible de dormir. Nous l’avons trouvé vers minuit Impossible également de dormir dans le canapé. La diuche sale. C’est dommage car l’hote est très gentil et disponible par téléphone

Petit logement agréable et bien équipé. Bien situé et au calme. Propriétaire réactif et informations claires au niveau du logement.
Salle de bain petite mais ok. Clic-clac pas confortable pour dormir.

Totalement décevant
Rien.
Le logement n’était pas propre : douche sale, murs sales (un grand lessivage est nécessaire), plan de travail collant, poubelle de la salle de bain non vidée (serviette hygiénique usagée à l'intérieur)... Le canapé inconfortable (mauvais rembourrage, on sent une barre métallique....). Malgré suivi des recommandations pour la chaudière, pas d eau chaude pour la douche. En revanche eau chaude pour le lavabo et évier de la cuisine.

Très bon logement à Férel
Logement très agréable, bien emménagé, idéal pour visiter La Roche Bernard, son port et tous les alentours. Le contact avec le propriétaire Damien est très facile.
