90m2 Luxury flat in central Copenhagen

We had a wonderful four-night stay at this apartment and would highly recommend it. The communication with the host was excellent throughout, with very quick responses and clear, straightforward instructions for accessing the property. The location was fantastic, with a lovely bakery and pizzeria right downstairs and excellent public transport links nearby, making it a very convenient base for exploring Copenhagen. The apartment itself was spacious, comfortable and well suited to our stay. We particularly enjoyed the balcony, which was a lovely place to sit and enjoy a drink after a day of sightseeing. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

There were a few things that we felt could be improved to make the apartment more comfortable, particularly for longer stays or when accommodating more than two guests. The apartment was somewhat limited in terms of basic amenities, with not quite enough towels provided, particularly hand towels and kitchen/dish towels. It would also have been useful to have some washing-up liquid available for washing glasses, plates and cutlery by hand, even though a dishwasher and dishwasher tablets were provided. We also think some additional pillows would ensure all guests have enough for a comfortable nights sleep. For guests using the sofa bed in the living room, it is worth being aware that there are no curtains or blinds on the windows, so there is very little to block out the early morning light. We would recommend bringing a sleep mask if you are likely to be sleeping in this room. During our stay, the neighbours in the apartment above were particularly noisy, especially at certain times of the day and evening. We completely appreciate that this is not something the host can control and it may simply have been unfortunate timing during our visit, but it is something future guests may want to be aware of. Similarly, as the apartment is street-facing, there can be a reasonable amount of traffic and general street noise if the windows are left open at night. These were relatively minor points and did not prevent us from enjoying our stay, but providing a few additional essentials and addressing the lack of window coverings in the living room would make the apartment even more comfortable and enjoyable for future guests.

Quelques installations un peu anciennes (électricité qui fonctionnait mal dans le salon, dans la chambre), absence de rideaux dans le salon pour ceux qui dorment sur le canapé lit, évacuation d’eau dans la salle de bain bouchée mais propriétaire très réactif.
