Artistic & cozy ! Just 5' to seaside

We stayed in this apartment on our final day in Greece. It is small but very clean, well organised and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Personal family touches, including an impressive library and a piano/organ, give the apartment a distinctive and homely character. We needed an earlier check-in, and the host was exceptionally helpful and accommodating. Vouliagmeni is one of the most attractive and elegant parts of the Athens Riviera, with impressive homes, excellent restaurants, beautiful beaches and a clean, well-kept atmosphere. The seafront and views across the bay are magnificent. We would highly recommend this apartment, whether for a beach holiday or simply for a restful stay in a peaceful area, while remaining only around a 30-minute drive from central Athens and roughly 50 minutes from Cape Sounion and Lavrio.

We were absolutely delighted with our stay at these apartments! The place is beautiful, cozy, and, most importantly, spotlessly clean. We especially loved the location. In our opinion, one of the best beaches is just nearby — clean, peaceful, and not too crowded. There are also several nice restaurants within easy reach, which is very convenient. The hosts were always available, responded quickly to our questions, and were very accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. Thanks to them, everything was comfortable and easy. We would definitely recommend these apartments and would be very happy to stay here again!

Всё было именно так, как заявлено в описании: чисто, уютно и очень комфортно. Апартаменты прекрасно оборудованы, есть всё необходимое для отдыха и проживания. Особенно понравились удобная кровать, современный интерьер и внимание к мелочам.

We liked the garden outside with the beautiful cat coming to visit us. The host was very nice allowing us to have early check in and keeping our luggages after check out. She also gave us recommendations for where to eat and informed us of a Taxy strike in Athens to help us out.

The bathroom kept flooding and unfortunately we had to change the bed sheets as there were hair in the sheets. The couch mattress is on the floor and was uncomfortable and unfortunately the tv only worked in Greek and airplay didn’t work for us. I would also recommend to rent a car as it’s 5 minutes by car, but 25 minutes by foot and is very steep hills.
