A beautiful apartment with stunning views, excellent amenities, and a fantastic location close to everything.

There was only one key provided for five adults, which required a bit of coordination. We also noticed a few minor cleanliness oversights on arrival, such as small amounts of rubbish, a cigarette butt on the balcony, and some areas that appeared to have been missed during dusting or cleaning. A quick final check would easily resolve these.

The property itself was in the best position right in the heart of Cavil Ave with a view of the ocean. Very spacious and comfortable for a family with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The third party this unit is booked through are somewhat difficult to deal with being an overseas call centre. The building is in the Hilton Towers and staff will not assist you in anyway. This is not included in any communication when booking. I was given a piece of paper in a ripped plastic cover and was not told this was needed to access the elevator and the room. It was lost and getting another one from Hilton Staff is an absolute nightmare. The cleanliness was really ordinary.
