As you step inside, you'll be greeted by spacious living areas designed for comfort and entertainment. The house boasts three king-sized beds, a queen bed, and loft with 2 full beds, ensuring ample sleeping arrangements for all of your guests. The master bedroom has a jetted tub. There are 2 full baths, a 3/4 bath, and a half bath. With three inviting fireplaces, a grand living room, large kitchen/dining/sitting area - there's no shortage of space to unwind and create lasting memories. Stay connected with high speed WiFi throughout.
Indulge in the numerous amenities this estate has to offer, including a pool table, a full bar area, and indoor sport/basketball court for friendly competitions, and four big-screen smart TVs to catch up on your favorite shows. Enjoy year-round comfort with central heat/AC, and heated floors in the recreation/family room area on the lower level where you can also enjoy a relaxing sauna.
The large lakeside patio features a fire pit, propane stainless grill, and a deck perfect for outdoor gatherings. The screen porch, complete with a TV, offers a cozy spot with plenty of seating to watch the sunset. There is ample space on the lake level for yard games - bags, volleyball, etc.
With 600 feet of west-facing sandy beach, you'll be treated to breathtaking sunsets. The property includes two docks, a canoe, and paddle boards for endless water activities.
The quaint towns of Remer, Outing, and Longville offer shopping, groceries, and restaurants. Snowmobile and ATV trails are only about a mile from property and can be accessed directly from the property. Deer Haven is a fabulous restaurant right on Thunder Lake!

- NOTE: For guest security there is a Ring video doorbell at the front entrance door that monitors the front steps & circle driveway, and a Ring video camera at the back entrance door on the lake level that monitors the backyard patio area and deck steps area.
- NOTE: Owners reside on the adjacent lake lot to the property to answer any questions or resolve any issues.

It was a great property. Clean with an awesome lake view. The owners were very kind and helpful. Very peaceful place with deers and wild turkey visiting the backyard. We had fun swimming, making smores and fishing.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The house was beautiful and there was so much to do. Greg was a fantastic host and there were so many thoughful amenities throughout the house. We will definitely try to come back next year!

We had a larger group (8 adults, 6 kids) spend a great weekend at this amazing lake house. The house was spacious, clean and very well equipped with everything you need for a great time at the lake. We spent a lot of time at the beach area, making use of the paddle boards, beach toy and beach chairs. Greg was very responsive and answered any questions right away. We’ll be back again next year!

My family and I got there and learned the owner will be staying in the property just 20 ft away. This was advertised as "private executive retreat." And there were cameras at the front and back of the house and we weren't told of that. Pillows were very flat. No accommodations for pillows we had to drive 45 min to buy new ones. Frequent septic siren too also made it hard to enjoy our stay always being told we are over using water, causing the siren trigger even in the middle of the night when no one was awake to use water.
