Localização e quantidade disponíveis de utensílios/ equipamento.
Já havia me hospedado neste flat a poucos meses, e já existia o problema do elevador, (que continua piorando), mas desta vez no flat havia vazamento da torneira da Cuba do banheiro, vazamento da ducha de higienização, ou seja o banheiro ficava todo tempo molhado. Outra coisa que tem me incomodado, são alguns espaços estarem colocando chek in 15h e chek out 11h, ou seja 4h para um limpeza entre uma acomodação e outra, (inclusive foi o caso deste) realmente um exagero, além de incomodo, principalmente quando chegamos de voos tipo 13h e termos que aguardar.
