One bedroom with a king-size bed (180 cm) and one attic bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm).
A walk-in shower room with a washing machine and toilet.
A fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, Nespresso machine, microwave, oven, induction hob, kettle, toaster, etc.
A terrace equipped with a table and chairs, as well as deckchairs, offers panoramic views of the sea and the Thau lagoon, overlooking the sunset.
Swimming pool open from June 1st to September 30th.
It's a peaceful haven close to beaches and music festivals (World Wide, Fiest'A Sète, Jazz à Sète, Quand je pense à Fernande, Les fêtes de la Saint Louis), and numerous film and TV shoots, including Demain Nous Appartient (Tomorrow We Belong). Numerous restaurants, shops, galleries, and museums are located nearby (Lidl, bakery, and Auchan are 100 meters away). You won't need to take the car; everything is accessible on foot, by bike, or by bus, which passes in front of the residence, dropping you off in the city center to explore its narrow streets and markets.
