The hotel is good, neat and clean and staff courteous. Although breakfast was complementary when shown during the booking but stass refused to honour that and I request agoda to take up the breakfast issue with Prayag Niwas

The hotel is located just 1.5 kms from the main railway station and is walkable.
The rooms are quiet neat and well maintained having attached washrooms.
The staff is very courteous in attending the requirements
My wife getting a acidic attack on checkout,the staff ensured she got proper medical attention from a nearby medical center and also out of the way both the reception staff took their personal vehicles to drop us to the railway station out of pure courtesy.
Although food arrangement are not available inside the premises,just a stone throw is Om sai kitchen giving u adequate food and also millenium inn having a fine dine facility

Becareful with this place, these people are scammers and they will cheat customers in multiple ways after checking in. Here is where I got ripped off, they showed me wrong location in the map which was inconvenience, next they called me after checking in and while we were out touring the city saying bathroom tap was not closed (which was not true) so they opened the door and went thru our stuff as well and adding to that they were trying to start a fight and extract more money from me, this place is shitty and management will scam you in multiple ways.
