    The hotel itself is okay for what it is, even though the price is not worth it. The main problem is the staff however. We had a terrible experience. After our check-out we wanted to leave two small suitcases at the hotel because our flight was in the evening. And this is a service that is available in every accommodation we have traveled until now (no matter how small or if it’s a hostel or boutique hotel). The man at the reception told us we can’t and was extremely rude to us and even yelling for no reason. He didn’t give us any explanation why we can’t leave two small suitcases there for couple of hours (around the reception is a lot of space). We were guests at the hotel and the staff makes you feel like you’re completely unwelcome. Would not recommend to stay there!

    Just fine except I had a single bed and it was hard as a brick. My only complaint. But the bed is a big thing. Maybe the other rooms have better beds. It was very clean and the staff was helpful.

    This hotel is good value for money in a central location close to a line 4 metro station - a good base for touring, the hotel is dated but clear - staff could be flexible with respect to the check in time - strictly 16:00 - difficult when you arrive in the morning from Europe
