    Infrastructure of this 3 star hotel is a little low than average 3 star but the staff, both day and night and their readiness to go at par for comforting the guests is exceptionally 5 star standard. Highly recommended for Indore visit as it's nearby to railway station, bus stand for Ujjain and Omkareshwar visits.

    The first room I was given had a noisy AC and fan, which made it difficult to sleep. After requesting a room change, the staff shifted me to another room. The new room is comfortable, although it does not have a wardrobe. The staff is good and cooperative overall. However, when I asked the night reception staff whether they accept online bookings, he said they do not, which was a little confusing since online booking is available. Overall, the stay is okay, but a little better communication and room facilities would make the experience better. And they charged me for water bottle.

    The lift had issues going to the 3-4 floor it used to not open on those floors. They promised hot water facility for bathing and purposes but got none. The fan made horrible noises when turned on. And the ac use to make the room feel freezing chill. The tv did not have a remote. Had several issues.
