    We booked 2N/3D to destress from work and we had an amazing & relaxing stay. Rove brand is now one of my favourites. Love the interior - fun, relaxed, funky, modern & clean. I love it that there's an ice machine on each floor. Kadia at check-in & Yousef at check-out were so cheerful and helpful. To the amazing F&B team, Ahmed (F&B Mgr), thank you for introducing us to your Chef, and to everyone who looked after us at dinner & breakfast, you are all AMAZING!

    Although we've got the best room as it is facing exactly the pool and the sea, still not satisfied with the service. Everybody is friendly and accommodating but not responsive at all. Just a simple detail, we asked for slippers the night we arrived as the floor is quite cold, they said okay. BUT they did not give. Next morning, we reminded again about it (day we're about to checkout), that's when they give it to us. Overall, staffs are accommodating - from reception to the restaurant.
