ENGLISH BELOW إدارة الفندق أعطوني غرفه فيها شباك في المطبخ زجاج الشباك مثل المرآة داكن جدا من الـصعب أن ترى من خلاله. اتضح انه يطل على منور البناء و مطل على مدخل الفندق أنا والعائلة لم نكن نعرف في هاذا الامر وكنا نتنقل في الشقة على راحتنا ولكن اتضح انهم ممكن يرونا من مدخل الفندق من زاوية معينة. ونحن عائلة محافظة . كلمت الإدارة فورا قاموا بإغلاقه ولكن لو لم اكتشف ذلك بنفسي كنت قضيت اسبوع كامل و شقتي مكشوفة. والمشكله الثانيه غرفتي كانت تماما فوق الصرف الصحي تأتي شاحنة الصرف الصحي كل يوم من الساعه ٢ صباحا لل٣ يوميا مع راءحة تدخل من الشباك وهو مغلق وصوت مزعج يوقظنا لدي صور للشاحنه تحت شباكي. Upon my arrival, the hotel staff said he will upgrade us to a one bedroom apartment which we were thankful for. The apartment turned out to be next to the sewage truck that comes every day early morning from 2-3 am and wakes us up leaving with a nasty smell in the air for 2 hours that comes into the apartment even with the closed window. I wrote to the management and no one answered. Second issue was the window in the kitchen it’s the atrium of the building. People in the lobby in certain angle can anyone see us in the apartment in our pyjamas without us knowing. The glass of the kitchen window is too thick and dark like a mirror we couldn’t tell what’s behind it unless we looked carefully. I asked the hotel management to close it. They did right away. But my only concern was what if I didn’t find about it by myself. I would have stayed the whole week not knowing that people or workers can see us in the apartment.
