La ubicación, las comodidades en general.
Falta cable (tenia internet bueno pero, pero no tiene tv por cable). Faltaría un poquito se mantenimiento, pintura, revoques.

Me gustó la ubicación frente al mar. Una vez q se guarda el carro no hay necesidad de sacarlo hasta irse xq todo esta al pie, restaurantes, farmacias, cajeros, heladerías, bares entre otras cosas. La sra q me recibio muy amable y el departamento esta equipado en la cocina para cocinar cuando quieras. Los señores de la guardia son muy amables , todo limpio y ordenado. Muy acogedor dormitorios amplios con aire y agua caliente.

Location everything is right to next to you groceries coffee bakery and literally dozens of restaurants and the beach is right at your doorstep the hostess is very sweet and communicative very helpful it may help to have a profile pic or name of host as the pictures seem to good to be true but everything is very nice the neighborhood bar Chescos does have loud music but you can sit on the balcony and enjoy it without going to the restaurant
The water could be hotter it’s basically warm
