Relatively easy to reach city center by foot, though immediate surroundings are not of the city center. Has this new feeling and convenience.
Could hear the upstairs neighbor walking , quite loudly getting into and out of his apartment.
WiFi kept dropping off, had to reconnect the TV at least 4-5 times over two weeks.
Kitchen items felt short (forks, knives, spoons, plates), looks like items have been lost or broken and not replaced.

I like the property, very clean and complete facility. The toilet is very modern specially the toilet bowl although the exhaust fan is not working.
I was horrified in my first night, during my sleep. The other room is keep banging the wall. I don’t know what’s going on out there and I don’t mind but it disturb my sleep.
