Aveva tutto il necessario per il soggiorno ed è ben arredato.
Estremamente scomodo dover parcheggiare a venti minuti di cammino. La strada e la piazza adiacenti erano piuttosto rumorose (complici anche alcune festività in corso). Isolamento acustico in genere molto scarso.

El alojamiento tiene una ubicación excelente, está en una de las calles más bonitas cerca de los lugares de interés. Por dentro está muy muy limpio y decorado con detalles y cariño. El propietari@ muy atento y siempre disponible a las peticiones.
Necesita mejorar la iluminación y la ventilación, es completamente necesario que la ventana del patio pueda abrirse porque a partir del primer dia empieza a acumularse la humedad dentro del apartamento. Debería cambiar el termo por uno de más capacidad, con el que hay apenas da para una ducha. Podría pensarse un mejor aislamiento en techo porque al ser los forjados de madera se oye demasiado el piso de encima.

La posizione nella zona più caratteristica di Arucas, vicino alla cattedrale. Di recente ristrutturazione, ben assortita di piccoli confort e dí elettrodomestici. Pulita. Host cordiale e molto reattivo.
Non è facile trovare parcheggio nelle vicinanze. Il bagno si chiude con una porta a soffietto che non garantisce la privacy. Non ci sono finestre che si possono aprire.

L’emplacement. La propreté et la literie.
Il n’y a pas de fenêtre dans l’appartement. Le lavabo de la salle de bain est dans le séjour La porte de la salle de bain où il y a les toilettes est ouverte en haut et en bas. Très bruyant du fait de la rue et au-dessus de l’appartement.
