The house is clean, modern, equipped with everything one might need kitchen-wise: cutlery, tea, coffee, even wine. Even though we went there during the summer, it was a really cold night and the host offered to heat the place up. There is a free parking inside the yard and free wifi.

The villa is new, so everything is new inside, with full amenities (including in the common areas: living room, kitchen). Very clean, well fitted large bathrooms. The villa is located on the banks of the Moldova River and has a nice view of the hills.
The host failed to tell us that the bathroom, although private (accessible with a key), is NOT inside or near the room, but on the ground floor (which is quite awkward). There are parking spaces, but only two cars can park easily; any additional car will cause a parking "puzzle". The balconies are quite small (70 cm depth) but usable.
