Host Kaseb was very helpful. He prepared lovely breakfasts for us. He arranged airport pickup and trips to the museum for us.
The outside which they can not control was concerning but the rooms inside were great. Ac and refrigerator worked well.

staff are so friendly and willing to help at any time - very nice oriental breakfast on rooftop with amazing view to pyramids & GEM
What you see on photos is not what you find in real !! room facilities are so poor & hotel entrance and reception area with elevators are scary and inappropriate
