Of our three-week, multi-stay visit to Portugal, this was the standout overnight place - beautifully laid out, top quality amenities and furnishings, spotless. It is very spacious, offering privacy for us and the couple we travelled with. The host was welcoming and informative. It was located in a region with lots to see within a short drive in any direction. Highest recommendations.
The only downside was that we should have stayed longer!

Maison au calme proche du château d Ourem, belle demeure, aménagée avec goût, bon accueil. Barbecue inclus.
Le manque de plat pour huit personnes et un rideau au moins pour la séparation entre la cuisine et la quatrième chambre.

We were met at the door and shown the property by one of the super friendly and helpful hosts. We have stayed in a wide variety of properties all over Portugal and this was by far one of the best. The house has everything you could possibly imagine, we give it an easy 5 stars. The location is very close to the castle and Medieval village. We highly recommend this property. Look forward to staying again in the near future.
