The properties location was amazing! A 10 minutes walk from the station and from the beach. Charlie as a host was amazing at replying quickly she was super helpful! The beds were super comfy and and air con system and fans were in each room due to the heat. The house was supplied with towels, games, a karaoke machine and more to keep us entertained! Many things to do nearby to enjoy brighton
Unfortunately the balcony was a little bit of a let down with it being covered in bird poo, a pigeon nest under one of the chairs and it not being set up like the picture on arrival. There was an issue with one of the showers meaning we could not use it. However Charlie was at hand immediately and fixed it within the hour which was greatly appreciated.

Fantastic location Well equipped including features like karaoke machine, lots of glasses etc. plenty of space for our hen party. We had a great time!
A bit noisy on the Friday night with street music until 2am , so bring ear plugs if you’re staying in! Not a problem on the Saturday night though, so unsure why that was

We stayed for 2 nights, the place was absolutely lovely, so central and perfect for large groups! It was really hot and they made sure there were fans added to every room which we really appreciated. We will definitely be back!

Great location and well equipped
Please have a look at the bunk beds and see if they need to be tightened (the top was quite wobbly).
