Host cancelled the booking when we texted him about collecting the keys, no refund has been sent.

The host cancelled the booking on the day of the arrival, when we texted him about collecting the keys- he told that he had cancelled the booking trough the site, even though he didn't. It has been a week and we still haven't gotten our money back. Booking.com hasn't been a help either. We had to find another apartment and overpay while already being there. We got lucky that we only had to stay for one night.

Terrible and unacceptable

Nothing at all.

This was a very disappointing experience. This place should not be listed on Booking.com. I arrived at 4 pm. There is no direct access from the street to the apartment. We had to climb 4–5 flights of stairs to reach the main building entrance, which was not mentioned when we booked it. The elevators for these stairs have been out of service for an entire year, according to security staff. There is another possible entrance through a neighboring parking garage, but you would have to pay for parking to access the elevator. Getting the key was also strange — we had to get it from the bushes outside the building, following the owner’s instructions. We were looked at by people passing by when we were going through the bushes. While the apartment itself is a good size, it was not clean. There were many spots from former mishappenings on the couch that were hidden by a blanket. There were broken chairs and numerous cigarette butts on the balcony. The fridge had leftovers from the previous residents like a rotten apple and a sticky jam jar. We left the apartment immediately and we did not stay in it because of this big disappointment.

Problème toilettes, manque de charme. Travaux à côté bruyant mais ce n’est pas sa faute !

Juste correct avec plusieurs mauvais points

C’était proche de notre lieu d’activité

La literie était pas du tout confortable l’appartement n’a pas été donné dans les temps à cause de wc bouché donc obligé d’attendre plus de 40mn en bas de l’immeuble pour avoir les clés

nous sommes restés 1 nuit sur les 3 payées et nous avions étaient remboursés les 2 autres nuits.

Le service de Adam qui était très bien, bonne communication. nous avons tous les 2 étaient très courtois et surtout honnêtes. je recommande cet endroit car proche de la défense, centre commercial et RER pour aller facilement dans Paris. fortement conseillé d'être 2 personnes à dormir dans le lit ;)

mon ami et moi avions dormi sur le sofa, le mieux est un bon lit ou très bon sofa. l'appartement est fait pour 2 personnes.

Allora io ho prenotato questa stanza perchè come primo punto mi era interessato che ti offriva come servizio l'aria condizionata, e non c'era l'aria condizionada, ne wifi , lo staff arrogante, ma tanto, sul sito c'era scritto che il chenk-in si poteva fare dalle 14 però il signore diceva sarebbe stato pronto alle 18, ci sono tanti punti che lui offre ma solo racconta palle, brutta esperienza, non lo consiglio, il problema non era la stanza, il problema che fa una falsa pubblicità, perché si lui avrebbe messo com'è veramente la stanza/ il posto non l'avrei prenotato, se lui fosse stato gentile, sarei stata anche gentile lasciando una bella recensione

Pratique mais peut mieux faire côté équipement

Emplacement très bien, belle vue, au calme. Logement assez grand.

Accès facile, quand on sait qu'il faut venir du parvis de La Défense. Si on vient du niveau du sol, il y a plusieurs étages de différence. L'équipement du logement est adéquat, mais inférieur à ce que j'ai vu ailleurs. Pas de WIFI disponible et connexion TNT de très mauvaise qualité.
