Best place to stay for old school travellers who like to be social, eat together, do trips together etc and who are not afraid of the natiral elements... the location is perfect for the beach and sunset. There is a nice German couple staying there for four months called mimi and steffen. They are friends with the owners and will help you out with anything. Very nice people.

Not the right place to stay for rich, spoiled , snowflake influencers who prefer to spend all day on their iPhones and i tablets. For those kinds of people you need to go to the opposite end of the beach where the trees have been chopped down and concrete rooms with ac and hot water have been built to to protect the influencers from the insects and heat. A short education about trash on the beach because I often read about fluencers complaining about this. Trash is not the fault of all the local people. When the wind blows from the west the sea brings in the trash boats have dumped into the sea far away. The locals do try to keep the beach clean the best they can. I was there in the season when the wind blows from the east so there was very little trash on the beach.

Un emplacement de rêve! Très bon rapport qualité prix et un couple super sympathique qui vous accueille avec le sourire. Sans oublier les plats de Nicole, un délice!

Seúl point négatif, c’est très propre là où l’on passe et à première vue mais, des qu’on s’en écarte juste un peu, il y a des déchets. Ça reste tout de même un petit coin de paradis!

Traumhafte Lage am Strand, ruhig und voll in der Natur. Das Häuschen verfügt über das Notwendige. Das immer frisch gekochte und sehr lecker zubereitetet Essen war spitze! Absolut tolle Köchin die Nicolina!

Sehr einfache und minimalisierte Ausstattung

Die Insel und auch das Homestay waren wirklich schön. Die Infrastruktur (kleine shops, warungs und ev noch eine nette kleine beachbar/-cafe) nicht vorhanden. Zumindest jetzt in der Lowseason alles zu und recht heruntergekommen. Ohne Roller ist das sehr mühsam. Außerdem ist man darauf angewiesen Jeglich Mahlzeit im Homstay zu zu kaufen ( und eigentlich ziemlich teuer für traditionelle indonesische Küche. Das Essen war dann zwar meistens gut und reichlich allerdings wäre es dann fairer und eigentlich hierzulande üblich, die Preise incl. Mahlzeiten an zu geben.

Die gesamte Küste, jeder Strand und bis ins küstennahe Hinterland war überseht mit (Plastik-)müll. Mag schon sein, das das meiste aus dem Meer angeschwemmt wurde aber es wurde so gut wie gar nocjt gereinigt. Das machen sie dann im April meinten die Locals. Auch auf dem kleinen Strand (eigentlich wunderschön) wurde erst nachdem ich selbat stundenlang Müll eingesammelt habe, einige Kinder zur Unterstützung geschickt. Das war' dann aber auch und schon am nächsten Tag war es, als wäre nie was weggeräumt worden. Müßte mal vermutlich dauerhaft zwei-/dreimal am Tag machen und den Müll verbrennen und nicht 5 m weiter auftürmen.Tatsache ist, rs gibt weder eine Müllentsorgungsinfrastruktur noch Umweltbewußtsein bei der lokalen Bevölkerung. Mag sein dad das in der main season besser funktioniert, allerdings gibt es sehr viele und zum Teil sehr große Resorts und es wird auch fleißig an neuen gebaut. Da muss dann jeder selber wissen, ob er hinwill. Schade könnte eine echte Trauminsel sein. Das Meer an sich klar, ruhig gut zum schwimmen - aber mit dem herumtreiben Müll brauch ich das dann auch nicht Lieben Freunden wütfr och abraten.
