Location was perfect, just across the road from the beach and Southend a short walk away. Jo was lovely and made us feel very welcome, nothing was too much trouble. She even arranged parking for us
Only minor things, tap in bathroom was difficult to use and I found the shower hard to turn on as you had to press a button and turn at same time. At the age of 76 it wasn't easy to do!
