Verschmutzter Balkon mit offenem Rohr und hängenden Kabels an der Aussenwand (nicht einladend), kein Tisch zum Frühstücken in Küche bzw. Wohnraum, abgesehen von einem schmalen Schreibtisch, nur 1 Stuhl (Schreibtischstuhl) vorhanden, übler Geruch (Asiaküche im EG) und schmutzige Wände im Treppenhaus (absolut renovierungsbedürftig).

Sehr zentrale Lage in Bad Hersfeld, nahe der Fußgängerzone und dennoch ruhig, Tiefgarage für unsere Fahrräder, leider zu niedrig für unseren VW-Bus, das Appartment ist vollständig ausgestattet, Balkon ohne Ausblick aber überdacht, Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche und sehr modern, insgesamt sehr zufrieden.
Wir haben bei dem warmen Wetter draußen auf dem Balkon gegessen, es gibt drinnen keinen Esstisch und nur einen Stuhl, der Kühlschrank steht bodentief, geht aber (Jammern auf hohem Niveau).

Sehr freundlicher Kontakt. Trotz Hitze war das Apartment nicht zu warm. Und es wurde auf meinen Wunsch hin ein Ventilator besorgt, der dann aber gar nicht nötig war.
