Super aconchegante e tinha tudo que precisávamos
O lado ruim é que é longe de restaurantes e mercados.. a pé dá em torno de 20min e de carro uns 5,10min. Uber só o pessoal local e cobram extremamente caro

Communication with host was super easy and helpful. He provided the contact of service providers such as tour guides, transport, taxi and even someone that could cook for us. He's very friendly and helpful. The home was tastefully decorated with air-conditioning in both bedrooms and living area. The swimming pool was quite nice.
The location is not in the city centre and far from restaurants but this wasn't a deal breaker as we mainly cooked in the home and there are places that deliver food. There are several houses with construction work and the noise bothered us a bit as some days it went until 7pm.

O condomínio é excelente, infraestrutura muito boa, piscina maravilhosa e o chalé é muito bom. Cozinha toda equipada com os principais utensílios. Funcionários extremamente receptivos e educados.
Um ponto de atenção é que fica afastado do centro, mas o proprietário nos indicou contatos de taxistas e facilitou muito! Pizzarias e Hamburgueria também fazem delivery. Santo Amaro ainda tem pouca estrutura, então para nós foi a melhor opção porque o local é excelente.
