Alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig en de locatie was fijn.
Er hingen spinnenwebben aan de kastjes boven de bank en het keukenraam klapperde door de wind.

The flat was clean and comfortable.
This property does not use a lock box.
Before you can enter the property you must first go to a shop on the high street (about a minute walk from the property) to get the keys, they must also be returned to the same shop or you will be charged 15 pounds. There is nothing in the property description/information to advise you of this before you book/arrive.
The entry hall and stairs to our flat on the first floor was very dirty and neglected as is the outside entrance. Not a very good first impression. The stairs are steep and would not be suitable for anyone with physical disabilities. Same needs to be said for getting in and out of the shower
It is actually a bathtub that you must step high to get into. We (fully able bodied) found it challenging and there is no rubber mat to help from slipping.
On arrival, there were no supplies whatsoever. Not so much as a tea bag. Any shops are 5 minutes walk away and it's challenging not to mention disappointing when you have to go shopping immediately after arrival or late at night.
We (there were 3 adults) were there for 6 nights and were provided with 3 rolls of cheap toilet paper. When we questioned this, they said they provide a "starter pack" and we would need to purchase our own. There was no hand soap in the bathroom or the kitchen. We were left with one tiny travel bottle of soap, hair shampoo and conditioner which looked like they had all been refilled several times.
In all, it was clean and comfortable but wasn't very welcoming.

Very nice layout and comfortable. Quite close to convenience stores and halal food. A nice neighbourhood
The keynest arrangement is less convenient compared to having a lockbox
