Lazy Fun by AvantStay

The location of this property was perfect! It was close enough to the beach to have a nice walk to it. The property was well maintained and clean. It was in a quiet little neighborhood. The property inside the unit was spectacular. It would be perfect for 2 couples or a family. 2 separate bedrooms with their own bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we could've possibly needed to cook meals. The fridge was nice and large to hold a weeks' worth of groceries. There is plenty of countertop space along with a large bar/island type area. The bedrooms are a perfect size. They have dressers included so you can put your clothes in for long stays like we had. The walls are well insulated. We could not hear our daughter in the other bedroom nor could we hear the people with several children in the property that was attached to ours (think of like a duplex) There were several things available for us to use, like a beach chair, an air mattress, a highchair (didn't need this but nice they supplied one) and a few beach towels for the pool. Well worth the price for 9 days and have already rebooked for the same week next year.

There was nothing I disliked. I absolutely loved this property. The only recommendation and I understand why they don't have these, but rugs would help tone down some of the echo and sound. I felt like we were too loud sometimes even when I knew we weren't being too loud. They make area rugs that are washable in a machine. Those I think would work well in the living room area, it's so big (ceiling are tall!) sound travels in there more.

Great location and nice inside!

Several broken things that were in need of repair.

Pool, a/c, water pressure, furnishings, bath products in full size bottles

Need hooks for hats, keys, place to dry suits and towels. Patio table, chairs, grill all chained together and couldn’t use. Remove them. Asked if grill available, told no. You don’t know your property. Storm door has no screen cover and bugs come in at gap. Remove it, useless. Pool showers have no handles!! No noise after 10 not adhered to or corrected. Sofa bed is painful to use. Refrigerator water filter needs replaced.
