Noisy and not so confortable

Very noisy, a part of external noise (trafic) ... with the neighbor apartment it is as if it was one, you can hear everything, from shower to the person farting or coughing I also never got my invoice, now it is alreday 20 days past and they want me to fill a Form, prove payment and other steps, to get my invoice

There was noise all night. Someone was using a megaphone or a microphone, it was a Sunday and I had an early meeting the next day. They provided ear plugs which means that they know about the noise. This really made me disappointed of the whole experience. Now, with the ear plugs it was bearable and was able to sleep until 4am. The guard was weird. The walls are thin. I had a relatively quiet neighbor (both rooms connected with a door and made me feel insecure) however, if you have the bad luck of having a neighbor that lacks self-awareness and is loud or leaves the tv on you’ll have a bad time. I had a room that looks over the other inside buildings, no privacy if you had the rollout open. If id come back would be on an apartment facing the street.

Excellent and super comfortable hotel, modern, well-located, amazing value and lovely staff!

We loved this place! The location was great, in the heart of Polanco with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Check-in was easy, staff was incredible (shoutout to Valeria and Mariela!), and the room was super clean, modern, and full of convenient and comfortable amenities. The rooftop jacuzzi was out of order at the time so Valeria went out of her way to get us access to one of their other locations' jacuzzi nearby. We had the rooftop to ourselves to enjoy it which was great. Showers are nice and hot with good pressure (which was an issue in the other hotel we stayed at in Mexico City) , easy to use smart TV, basically a full kitchen (two burner stove, mini fridge and all cooking needs), nice Nespresso replenished every morning, etc. Nice balcony and everything! Was super happy, great value for the room, highly reccommend.

The air conditioning could have gone colder for our liking but that's literally the only thing we noticed!

There is no breakfast provided which I did not know when booked the room. And my room is located at basement 2nd floor, which made me feel uncomfortable. Before we check in, they sent a lot of email for me to process check in steps. And after check out, I cannot get receipt or invoice immediately, still need to finish google form and need wait 5 working days. I mean everything for guests are not convenient but cause many trouble.

Overall, a great stay!

The apartment was exactly as described when we made the reservation on booking . Very accurate and no surprises. Very comfortable and included all the necessary facilities. Very central location.

We were recommended by the hotel a reliable safe taxi service with a driver called Marcos - the service was terrible and ridiculously overpriced. The uber service was a far superior option and this incident left a bitter taste to our otherwise very enjoyable stay. Most of the staff only spoke Spanish, only a couple spoke English . This was a little challenging.

Que no tenga estacionamiento y pueden decir que enfrente está el palacio de hierro y se puede estacionar por 300 12 HRS me parece muy prudente pero mencionarlo o que el personal de la opción

Una estancia de lujo en la mejor zona de la Ciudad de México.

La ubicación es inmejorable. Al estar en el corazón de Polanco, la zona se siente muy segura y está rodeada de excelentes restaurantes, tiendas y parques como el Lincoln, todo a distancia caminable. El diseño del departamento es moderno, impecable y muy cómodo. La atención del equipo de ULIV fue excelente en todo momento.
