La localización sobre todo. Además es fácil entrar. Está limpio. Es cómodo y tiene lo mínimo para estar (cocina, microondas, tostadora, cafetera, nevera, plancha...). Si ya tuviera aire acondicionado sería perfecto, pero al menos hay ventiladores. La tele no funcionaba (alguien la había desconfigurado) y bastó con avisar para que vinieran a ponerlo todo bien. Igualmente, faltaban toallas y las trajeron a la mañana siguiente.
El baño podría tener una pequeña actualización, pero está bien.

El orden, la limpieza y la ubicación.
Ya que tiene cocina, eche en falta algunos utensilios cotidianos como una tabla para cortar o sartenes.
