New, modern, and clean hotel. It was easy to get there and the staff was very friendly. Complimentary breakfast or providing bottled water would make this hotel even better. Build the breakfast into the cost of the stay.

The staff are excellent — responsive, friendly, professional, and helpful.
It’s clean. The room and bathroom are nicely sized. You can open the window for fresh air. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The pillows are small and smoosh down smaller but it was just me and I have complaints about them. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure in the shower.
The other long-stay people staying there were all quite polite and easy going (mostly men working at a local plant). It was comforting to have short, friendly conversations with them and see their familiar faces around. I felt safe as a woman staying here alone.
It was nice to have the laundry room and the gym, which were kept clean.
Parking is easy.
I didn’t want room service in but once a week, which was easy to set up.
They provide small appliances for check out so I was able to cook my lunches for work (air fryer, small crockpot, etc).
They also have grills and provide all the needed equipment—I was impressed with some of the food the men staying long-term cooked up.
It’s a newer place so there were small hiccups that were typical and not a problem and not worth mentioning. The staff took care of all of it.
I stayed for almost 3 weeks and the following stood out:
The platform bedframe corners stick out to sharp corners, are very easy to bump into, and hurt.
Most of the lights/outlets are set up to turn off if you aren’t moving —so, if you hang out in the small couch, the lights and outlets turn off in most of the room and that area. I had to get up and go turn them back on repeatedly if I wanted light to work/read or to charge my laptop/ipad while I was working. I’ve had this feature in other hotels but they never turned off when I was in the room. This is not functional and I have never had it where the outlets turn off as well. The lights/outlets next to the bed stay on, so, I ended up sitting there most of the time—which was annoying to not be able to use the couch area.
The only place I could charge my tech at a decent pace and reliably was the outlet in the kitchen. All of the outlets made charging very very slow and most would turn off if you weren’t actively moving in the room.
Not a lot of drawers or closed storage—very open shelf-concept. Made it feel cluttered for long-term stay and not ideal when you cook in the same room.
The WiFi never worked well. Even after I talked with the front desk and the company that provides it. I ended up tethering to my phone most of the time and blew through my hotspot allowance.
