Ottima accoglienza e posizione della casa. Supermercato e centro vicini. Ottima distribuzione degli spazi e luminosità naturale e artificiale. Letti e divani comodi. Condimenti, lenzuola, saponi e detersivi presenti. Parcheggio sicuro all'interno del cortile privato. Ampio spazio anche all'esterno.
Si potrebbe risolvere il problema degli escrementi di topo/uccelli in veranda e nel patio d'ingresso. La casa è abbastanza umida e fredda (condizionatori presenti, ma sarebbe meglio poter utilizzare i termosifoni). In una delle due camere da letto, c'è una sola presa vicino la porta e non vicino al letto. Pentole e padelle sono rovinate, essendo in teflon sono da buttare poiché tossiche. Si potrebbe investire in un set di pentole/padelle in acciaio, anche se di seconda mano, poiché almeno non sarebbero tossiche. Andrebbe specificato meglio che gli asciugamani non sono inclusi nella tariffa.
