Lots of shops for groceries and Dio supermarket close by. Bus stop close by for city center run. The accommodation was spacious, kitchen was well kitted out. The bedrooms had both fans and air conditions.
The location was in a deprived, multi-ethnicity area, lots of dogs and dog shit on the pavements and rubbish overflowing from communal rubbish bins. Parking outside the property was impossible as it was very narrow road and no spaces available. We had to park on next street, few minutes walk. The induction hob took time to figure out how to use. One of the bathroom toilet pan was not clean when we arrived...see photo, which put doubt on how well other areas of the accommodation had been cleaned.

Ótimos banheiros, com chuveiro e box de qualidade, com quartos muito confortáveis, cozinha completa e equipada. O espaço em si era bem limpo e bem cuidado, iluminação e wi-fi ok.
A casa é em um bairro afastado do centro histórico de Sevilha, então é bom estar de carro pra chegar aos pontos turísticos.
